Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed friday-sunday will ship out on the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ( OUTSIDE OF U.S.A )
On all international orders, aside from the shipping cost, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Our return/exchange policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and the issue is not covered under our 1 year warranty, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or damage and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, or a refund. please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for the return, and please let us know what you would like in return.
